Template OFF

Okay...so I have figured out some of it...however, I think that the problem is I have a template over my blog page and I can't figure out how to get it off. If you scroll down a little bit you can see where my background that I picked shows up. But, there is still an entire white page over it in the center. Still really FRUSTRATED! Any suggestions?
